Review Time
I had high hopes for my order after seeing my sister's beautiful piece from the company. I spent $140 on canvases, paints, and brushes, but when my order arrived in June, it was damaged. The box had a large hole, the canvas was indented, and the paints had leaked everywhere. I reached out via email, which is their only form of communication, and they promised to send a replacement since it was meant as a wedding gift for my daughter. Despite emailing them at least eight more times, it’s now December, and I’ve requested a refund with no response other than an acknowledgment of my email with an invoice number. I will be contacting my bank to retrieve my money. I will not order from them again and will advise friends and family to steer clear. I'm shocked by how poorly this company operates. Extremely disappointed. I would give zero stars if I could!
I ordered two kits in 2024 that I hoped to paint of my kids and their spouses to give as anniversary gifts in 2025. I started unpacking the first one and noticed that the kit was missing a paint pot. I contacted the company upwards of 20 times, and they never responded. I tried calling them as well, but their phone number is just a message referring every issue to their website and customer service via email. In addition to the missing paint, another of the containers wasn't closed properly when packing and it was dried up. I had to try to mix colors as best as I could to finish the painting. In addition, they didn't give enough paint for a few of the background colors, which I, again, had to try to recreate from the remaining colors by mixing them. Finally, some of the spots on the picture were miniscule and impossible to paint accurately, as the numbers weren't legible, even with a magnifying glass. I honestly can't believe how frustrating their lack of customer service was. I finally finished the first picture and am getting ready to start the second one, but I am extremely disappointed with this company.
It’s been nothing but issues. They have no contact information and you can’t get ahold of anyone. I’ve been trying to talk to someone for two months about my order. Just as it finally arrived they said there was a problem delivering because of access. I have no gate so obstructions nothing. I live in a residential house. They are sending my package back to CHINA!!! STAY AWAY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! TOTAL SCAM!!
I ordered a painting for a second time after being happy with the first one I ordered in 2022. The second order was shipped to the wrong address. I have not received it and emailed company. They responded fairly quickly that they would send replacement which has been months ago now. I emailed several times since and no response. I will never order from them again and I have a bunch of paintings was going to order. Horrible customer service… very unprofessional.
It has been over a month since I paid for an order, and I cannot get a response from customer service or an update. After multiple attempts i finally received an order number, but it is useless due to an inability to find it on their website. I have no idea if my order is processing, lost, or if I have been scammed. I would love a refund, but that would require a response from them.
I placed an order on July 18th which was 22 business days ago. I e-mailed your company on August 12th inquiring about an ETA. There has been ZERO communication what so ever from this company. Your site states to allow 3-7 business days for processing and 9-15 business days for shipping. It's been 22 business days now, where is my order? This purchase was made a month ago in anticipation to give as a birthday gift on August 26th. Where is my order?
I bought 3 kits, that were shipped to an address in another state (per the tracking info), and have been writing to this company for over a week trying to get someone to help with my problem. No response. Nothing. I want my paint kits or my money back
I ordered in April. Shortly after my order my address changed and I notified the company and I received an email confirming the address change. Skip ahead to July and I still don't have my order. I received notice from the shipper that it was sent in early July to the wrong address. I have sent numerous emails prior to shipment and after regarding my order. I have not received any response to my issue. Not sure if I will ever receive my order or receive a refund Extremely poor customer service. First and last order from me.
