AVOID. The doggiest eBay seller ever encountered. They sold me an item on eBay and I tried to return it. They asked for over £100 to collect it. Ebay confirmed it should be free. They arranged collection but cancelled the return so I'd be without the item and funds. Wow. They’ve replied. So let me add detail. Without informing me, Ercol cancelled the item return and arranged collection, deliberately trying to leave me with no item and no refund. This was no mistake on their part. I will now formally complain to EBay. This is not an honest seller; quite the opposite. PLEASE AVOID.
