My fence installation was on 4/17/25. The installers were unable to complete the job because according to them, the suppliers did not send enough panels to complete my aluminum fence project. I actually think this was not the case because the installers put up the first side of my fence and I informed them they put in a single gate, but the plans were for a double gate. I think this caused them to have to use extra panels in order to fix the mistake. Bottom line was they were unable to finish. I asked my PM via text message on 4/18 when they would be returning to finish the job. He said he was trying to get in touch with the supplier to get additional panels delivered. After not hearing anything on Monday 4/21, I asked for an update by text and got no reply. I asked again on Tuesday 4/22 and finally got a reply that afternoon saying new panels would be delivered on 4/28 and installers would be here on 4/30 to finish. While I wasn't happy having to wait another week, especially for a mistake they were claiming was made by the supplier but I agreed. I then got a confusing text on 4/24 saying that the final walk-through was complete, which I questioned because the fence was not done yet. I found out at this point that there was a new project manager assigned. On Monday 4/28, I get a text from my new project manager that the delivery was pushed to the following Monday 5/5. I took issue with this because I don't understand why it needs to take an additional week and again why the supplier isn't making accomodations to fix their mistake. I tried calling customer service and all they did was put me in touch with my project manager. He said he was working with the supplier to get it sooner and would let me know something by end of day. He never called or texted me back. I sent a text on Tuesday asking for the overdue update and got no reply, so I again called customer service and asked to speak with someone other than the PM that could help. I was told someone would call me back, but no one did. I sent more text messages on Wednesday 4/30 and my PM finally responded. He basically said there was nothing he could do but said he would be tracking delivery to ensure it gets here on 5/5 and provide updates if something went wrong. So now it's 4:10pm on Monday 5/5. Nothing has been delivered. My text messages to my PM have gone unanswered. I got a message on Facebook that "managers were look into it" but like with everything else, nothing has happened.
