This business doesn’t seem legitimate. I waited two weeks with no tracking information or updates on my purchase. When I tried calling the phone number listed, no one responded. Because of that, I disputed the charge with my credit card company.Only after I filed the dispute did they finally reply, saying they’re a small business and that I needed to close the dispute in order for them to issue a refund or ship the order. I contacted my credit card company to close the dispute and emailed the merchant again — and once again, I received no response.They still have not refunded my money, and I have not received any further communication from them. Be careful — this feels like a scam.
