I got a textbook for $89 in "good" condition from this seller. what arrived was an amazon order for $55 and the book is in HORRIBLE condition. The back is being held together by office tape and all the corners are bent. The sticker on the back says "acceptable" which means this book is on its last life. yes, the pages are in normal condition but it's the fact that I paid for a book in GOOD condition for almost $90, not $55. I tried asking ecampus for a refund but they told me I needed to contact the seller. It's been 3 days and no response and my textbook credits literally expire in 4 days. I'm so upset.
