Book ordered with 5 week delivery time, OK we are across the Atlantic, 6 weeks a notice ''it is delayed'', then ''it's lost'' message, claim a refund. As this was ordered through Amazon, the steps required took another few days then more for the refund. Once that arrived the harassment started!!1st emails through Amazon to eradicate the 1 star review I'd left and leave a better review. Then the phone calls started every day, they asked for a new review and for my personal email which was denied. Then more requests through Amazon to cancel the original 1Star and give a better rating.As an Amazon supplier they know a refund is required and why badger, pester, generally harass for a better rating, surly all that effort cost more then the book! An international call to a cell phone where I am located the charge from the border to my phone is charged to ME, not a happy bunny and reported same to Amazon who I hope will cut this scamming lot off at the knees.
