Following up on my previous post from December 17th, I am still waiting on my claim. I was initially told it would be resolved in 21 working days after submitting on November 5th. Now, two months later, it's still unresolved. I’ve called multiple times and received no clear answers. I won’t be using this service again. I requested to speak to a manager, but that didn’t happen. I just want my issue resolved, not excuses.
