If I could give no stars, I would. The experience has been absolutely dreadful. I submitted my claim on September 20th, 2025, and was promised updates that never came. Excuses about high claim volumes are constant. If customers at supermarkets had to wait for hours due to high volume, it would be unacceptable. This claim process is equally incompetent.
