I had a terrible experience. Four months after falling ill abroad, I faced long wait times—about an hour just to get through. I was looking for a claim reference and confirmation of coverage but received no answers. The provided number was ineffective. It became so stressful that I had to involve family back home, who faced similar frustrations. Thankfully, my travel company managed to rearrange my flights, but I'm still waiting on refunds for extra hotel nights and meals. The service back home is no better. A promised 21-day response time turned out to mean I'd just have to keep calling them. I would not recommend this service.
