This is the worst insurance company experience I have ever had. My claim is fairly straightforward, and I have sent all the relevant documentation. It has been 'in process' for over 2 months, and Ergo is refusing to send me an update or explain. They also didn't follow up on my official complaint, and are refusing to send me the 'final resolution letter' I need to take to the financial ombudsman. (staysure policy number 19142118)
