The employees are very knowledgeable about the products they use and answered multiple questions on quality and durability of the various shingle types. Because I live in a hurricane prone area of the gulf coast and have already had to have roof repair due to damage and leaking, I chose to replace my existing roof with a high quality metal roof that is warranted for 50 years. Erie Homes coordinated with the solar panel company to make the roof replacement quick and they cleaned up everything when they left. Their employees even replaced water damaged areas of my roof during the new roof installation. I highly recommend this company to anyone with roofing needs.
