We decided to go away skiing only 10days before we went.
The booking process was easy, the wesite is easy to manoeuvre through. It was the first time weve booked online- normally we use a travel agent. Would definitely use Erna Low again to book our next trip. Everything ran smoothly, the hotel was wonderful.
We have just arrived back from a week in La Rosiere, France, as a party of six and had a wonderful time! It's the first time i have booked with Erna Low but it definitely won't be the last. The website was very easy to navigate and the booking process was so easy to tailor your holiday to your personal preferences. The price was very competitive and customer services were very easy to contact. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service we received from Erna Low and cant wait to book again next year! Erna Low is super easy to book with, but whilst actually on the trip, they make things super easy. I was contacted by the transfer company well ahead of time and they even managed to amend our pick up time on the last day. I would highly recommend booking with them.

Everything was extremely organised from start to finish. We booked flights, accommodation, transfers and ski passes and we didn’t have to go out of our way once. Transfers were there waiting for us, ski passes at the hotel reception. The hotel we booked in Tignes was also amazing.
