Everything was fine until the last morning when I had to leave early for my flight. I was told a nice continental breakfast would be available, but instead, I received a box with a sandwich I was allergic to, a dry biscuit, and juice. This was quite disappointing and tarnished the overall experience.
Having experienced both yachts recently, comparisons are natural. Both vessels share many similarities in service, accommodation, and high-quality food and drinks, given their common ownership. The smaller yacht, with its 50 cabins, offered advantages like access to sandy coves for beach BBQs and a greater variety of water sports equipment. The larger yacht featured more dining options with its six specialty restaurants, in contrast to the single restaurant on the smaller yacht. While the larger yacht had a theatre, the entertainment in the lounge of the smaller yacht was equally enjoyable, benefiting from a brighter décor. Surprisingly, the smaller yacht had a larger on-deck jacuzzi and even a small pool, which the larger ship lacked. Given its design for polar regions, this wasn't unexpected. Having visited several Caribbean islands before, I appreciated the non-inclusive excursions as a cost-saving measure. I would have rated this cruise as 5 stars if not for the disembarkation process, which lacked attention. While I understand the need for quick departures, expecting guests to wait outside the terminal with luggage for hours before check-in is unreasonable. Other cruise lines provide accommodations for such waits; why not the company? Overall, a fantastic cruise, but the transfer logistics could discourage a repeat experience.

We enjoyed a 9/10 experience with the company. Nearly flawless, but some minor issues diminished an otherwise exceptional holiday. We were encouraged to complete an online satisfaction survey before leaving, and we were surprised not to receive follow-up regarding the health and safety concerns we raised. Positives included idyllic port calls, excellent food and beverages, and attentive staff—truly the yacht’s greatest asset. A genuine ‘super yacht’ experience at an affordable price. The standard balcony cabin was spacious and comfortable, and the outside decks were fabulous for relaxation. It’s advisable to research ports in advance to maximize time ashore, as limited information is provided onboard. Not ideal for those with mobility issues due to challenging transfers ashore.
I reached out to the company to arrange for my husband's mobility scooter for our cruise. They coordinated with the airlines and provided clear information about what we could and couldn't do on the ship. Upon arrival, we found we had been upgraded to a more suitable cabin, and the crew was incredibly helpful with mobility issues. Thank you for making our holiday exceptional.
