From an accounts perspective, they deliver the worst customer service I’ve encountered in 19 years of business. Our representative is non-responsive. Numerous emails go unanswered. Different departments don't communicate effectively. Units are sent out for installation without authorization. Charges appear for units that have not even been installed. Monthly payments are overlooked in statements. The operations team claims to be overwhelmed, which says a lot. The only efficient team seems to be the sales team.
