A once-great leader that has lost its way

A once-great leader that has lost its way; customer service is poor and takes far too long to resolve issues. They are quick to take your money, even when the product fails to work for extended periods. I've attempted to request a refund, but my emails go unanswered. They enroll you in a three-year contract, which is understandable, but once that period ends, they insist on renewing for another three years, and so on. Additionally, when trying to add units, they won't allow you to synchronize the contracts with your existing ones! It's a trap!

A leading provider that no longer shows concern. Customer service is inadequate, taking far too long to resolve issues. They are quick to accept payment even when the product is faulty for a significant duration. Attempts to request a refund go unanswered. While they sign you up for three years, they expect you to renew for another three, endlessly. Additionally, when adding units, they do not allow you to align the contracts with your existing ones—it's a trap!

Steer clear of this provider!

If I could rate this service with zero stars, I would. Our organization canceled our account due to abysmal customer support. We followed the proper cancellation process, yet they continue to charge us, claiming we are on a 'month-to-month' basis without actually closing our account. No one responds to emails or phone calls. This service is simply not worth it.

Stay away if you can

From an accounts perspective, they deliver the worst customer service I’ve encountered in 19 years of business. Our representative is non-responsive. Numerous emails go unanswered. Different departments don't communicate effectively. Units are sent out for installation without authorization. Charges appear for units that have not even been installed. Monthly payments are overlooked in statements. The operations team claims to be overwhelmed, which says a lot. The only efficient team seems to be the sales team.

An outdated fleet management system

The fleet management system feels outdated. In-vehicle units are low resolution, bulky, and create blind spots for drivers, while the speedometer is inaccurate. The app is poorly designed for mobile users. All our team drivers complain about the cumbersome in-vehicle units. It's baffling why the service does not heed customer feedback for necessary upgrades!

No support when needed

After a unit failed, they promised next-day service for a replacement, but that turned out to be false; it shipped ground. The package was lost by FedEx, and after a week of persistent emails and calls, we finally got them to acknowledge it was lost. They promised to send another unit next-day air, which has yet to arrive. Our truck remains idle. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. This is just one of many issues we've faced.

If I could give no stars...

If I could give no stars, I certainly would. This service has provided the most ineffective, unresponsive, and poorly communicated experience I've had in my entire career. After months of escalating issues to multiple senior managers, nothing has changed. Promises are made, calls are evaded, and emails disappear into thin air. Their customer service is not just poor—it's nonexistent. You chase them, follow up endlessly, and still achieve nothing. It's like shouting into a void. The lack of accountability is shocking, and the silence from their team speaks volumes. I'm truly perplexed how a company in fleet management operates with such disregard for its clients. If you're considering this service, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This is a textbook example of how not to treat customers.

Frustrating dealings with this service

Dealing with this service is incredibly frustrating. There is absolutely no customer support, and no one responds to inquiries. We have been overcharged for defective units we returned, and it took over six months to receive a refund. After contacting the account manager, I learned they had left, and their phone had been handed over to someone new. I was told our new account manager would reach out, but I'm still waiting. I would not recommend this service to anyone at this point.

Terrible experience as a driver

As a driver, the experience is poor. It fails to accurately reflect changes in speed zones and does not account for varying weight distributions in vehicles during harsh braking or cornering. The clunky, outdated interface may or may not respond to touch. There should be a feature to flag mapping issues, but there isn't. We have to make phone calls within our organization to report problems. The unit obstructs vision in the vehicle, presenting a safety concern. Overall, it negatively impacts our work environment. If other similar opportunities arose without this service, I would be much more inclined to switch. This service deserves to be in a place where the sun doesn't shine.
