Dealing with this service is incredibly frustrating. There is absolutely no customer support, and no one responds to inquiries. We have been overcharged for defective units we returned, and it took over six months to receive a refund. After contacting the account manager, I learned they had left, and their phone had been handed over to someone new. I was told our new account manager would reach out, but I'm still waiting. I would not recommend this service to anyone at this point.
