As a driver, the experience is poor. It fails to accurately reflect changes in speed zones and does not account for varying weight distributions in vehicles during harsh braking or cornering. The clunky, outdated interface may or may not respond to touch. There should be a feature to flag mapping issues, but there isn't. We have to make phone calls within our organization to report problems. The unit obstructs vision in the vehicle, presenting a safety concern. Overall, it negatively impacts our work environment. If other similar opportunities arose without this service, I would be much more inclined to switch. This service deserves to be in a place where the sun doesn't shine.
