A once-great leader that has lost its way; customer service is poor and takes far too long to resolve issues. They are quick to take your money, even when the product fails to work for extended periods. I've attempted to request a refund, but my emails go unanswered. They enroll you in a three-year contract, which is understandable, but once that period ends, they insist on renewing for another three years, and so on. Additionally, when trying to add units, they won't allow you to synchronize the contracts with your existing ones! It's a trap!
