I have never felt the need to complain so strongly before about a product like this. I was drawn in by the attractive photos and claims of being all-weather, but the reality is far from it. After hiring four professional builders to install the gazebo, I ended up losing $500 because they couldn't finish the job. Upon unpacking, I found numerous missing and broken pieces, and despite my willingness to buy additional materials to ensure it was ready for my mother's birthday, the builders deemed it unsafe and warned it could collapse in the wind. I documented everything and reached out to the seller, who I feel is unresponsive and disrespectful. Their return policy is misleading, as I would have to pay for return shipping on a massive 490 lbs shipment, which is prohibitively expensive. I have reported this to the platform because this kind of service is unacceptable, especially after being a loyal customer for years. I spent nearly $3000 on this product, plus additional costs for the builders and supplies, and yet I am left with nothing but frustration. I urge anyone considering this purchase to tread carefully; my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.
Ordered online. Very Quick shipment I’m waiting to assemble because of another house project I’m very nervous after reading other reviews that all the parts aren’t included and customer service is terrible. I will likely be out of my 30 day return window when I start assembling and I have read customer service doesn’t care. So basically. Don’t buy this product. Buy one with a longer return window and helpful customer service. If not you are throwing away your money. I am so disappointed in this company I wasted my money
