Warning: I placed an order, but the package was never delivered to me. The logistics partner marked it as “Delivered”, yet I received no notification, attempt, or proof of delivery. When I sought clarification, the company threatened legal action for “defamation.” Since then, they have ignored my inquiries regarding the false delivery status. I'm sharing this to inform others before they place an order. Updated experience after the initial response from the company: • I tried reaching out to the logistics partner using the contact details from the tracking information, but the number is unreachable, the website doesn’t handle complaints, and no email contact is available. There is effectively no way to get in touch with them. • This raises serious doubts about the reliability of the tracking system, particularly when neither the courier nor the seller offers any assistance. I may be mistaken, but the situation is very alarming. • The seller never replied to my email about the incorrect “Delivered” status. They only responded publicly after the issue was highlighted, yet provided no substantial help. • They assert that the package was delivered without presenting any evidence: no signature, no delivery photo, no recipient name, and no location data. • In any standard delivery process, it is the seller or carrier's responsibility to prove that the item was delivered, not the customer's duty to prove it wasn't. A simple status saying “Delivered” is not valid proof. • I still have not received the package, no delivery attempt was made, and no explanation has been given. - And I should mention that all of this transpired after they failed to ensure timely delivery as per their policy, and now I am permanently leaving the country tomorrow.
