This was my first experience with the service, and I’m quite pleased! The nails are truly beautiful and resemble those I've had done at a salon. They are a bit on the expensive side, so I would rate it a perfect score if there were more discount options.
I purchased a manicure set, and I'm quite pleased with the design—it's just what I was looking for! However, I find the nails to be somewhat thick and not very translucent, which meant I needed to use the UV lamp a bit longer to ensure they adhered properly.
The nails closely match the images, which I absolutely adore! There are minor imperfections, but given that they're hand-painted, I can definitely overlook them. The designs are gorgeous, and the quality is excellent. My only wish would be for a lower price, which would make this an even more fantastic deal.
I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. The nails are defective; I've received two replacements, yet the same problem occurs (parts of the design start peeling off within 1-2 days). They mentioned they would send the same nails with an additional coating (why wasn't this done initially?). However, I haven't heard from them in a month despite my repeated follow-ups. As a last resort, I tried commenting on their social media posts, but they keep removing my comments. It seems they only want to showcase positive feedback, raising concerns about their practice of deleting negative remarks. The adhesive only holds for a few days, and during my last attempt, the nails damaged my natural nail, which was quite painful. I wanted to give them a chance to rectify the situation, but I've lost hope after my comments were removed for the third time (I have screenshots proving they were there). Don't fall for the claims that these nails last for weeks; I bought three sets, and none lasted even a couple of weeks before the design started to peel or the glue failed.
I have not received my order. After placing it, I received an email 8 days later indicating there were delays. I reached out several times via email and social media for an estimated delivery time or any updates, as the tracking showed it hadn't even been handed over to the courier. Unfortunately, they have repeatedly ignored my inquiries. I strongly advise against purchasing from this service, especially for international orders, as you may never receive your items.
Warning: I placed an order, but the package was never delivered to me. The logistics partner marked it as “Delivered”, yet I received no notification, attempt, or proof of delivery. When I sought clarification, the company threatened legal action for “defamation.” Since then, they have ignored my inquiries regarding the false delivery status. I'm sharing this to inform others before they place an order. Updated experience after the initial response from the company: • I tried reaching out to the logistics partner using the contact details from the tracking information, but the number is unreachable, the website doesn’t handle complaints, and no email contact is available. There is effectively no way to get in touch with them. • This raises serious doubts about the reliability of the tracking system, particularly when neither the courier nor the seller offers any assistance. I may be mistaken, but the situation is very alarming. • The seller never replied to my email about the incorrect “Delivered” status. They only responded publicly after the issue was highlighted, yet provided no substantial help. • They assert that the package was delivered without presenting any evidence: no signature, no delivery photo, no recipient name, and no location data. • In any standard delivery process, it is the seller or carrier's responsibility to prove that the item was delivered, not the customer's duty to prove it wasn't. A simple status saying “Delivered” is not valid proof. • I still have not received the package, no delivery attempt was made, and no explanation has been given. - And I should mention that all of this transpired after they failed to ensure timely delivery as per their policy, and now I am permanently leaving the country tomorrow.
Despite my hectic work schedule, the Ersanails press-ons are fantastic and long-lasting enough to last more than a week. Pro top: even though I hardly used it, have a little extra glue on hand in case. Their customer service helped me get the ideal fit when I asked about sizing for my second order and responded to me in a matter of hours. Ersanails is excellent, both in terms of product quality and customer service. You won't regret trying these, so definitely do so!
Significant delay on shipping. When the nails arrive they are much smaller than their size guide. They won’t exchange for size even if you haven’t used the nails, which means $100 order goes in the trash. Don’t make the same mistake I did
They say they are a small business and market their nails as carefully handmade, but ship from China. I tried to return my order after learning it was shipped from China, not the US, but they don’t accept returns even if you haven’t opened the package at all. Shops selling to EU customers however must comply to EU laws that state you have the right to return an order without giving a reason.
