***updated*** I’m updating the rating to 3 stars as we have now finally received the radiator. The update is to reflect the good quality of the radiator and the fact that customer care were obliging in changing the colour when sending the replacement order - and the follow-up calls from customer care.The new replacement order for our order of 11 August that went missing is now also stuck in customs. Shipping details have not been updated since 5 September. If the company is unable to clear an item from customs then they should not be shipping to Spain. We still have no clear view of when we might receive our radiator - if ever!
