We’ve had such a fantastic experience with Hudson Reed throughout our renovation project. With a large renovation comes multiple orders, returns, and exchanges, and their communication has been absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Every query was handled quickly and clearly, which made the whole process so much easier and less stressful.
They were also incredibly accommodating when we needed to make returns or exchanges across different orders, which we really appreciated while managing a big project with lots of moving parts.
A special thank you to Raffy, who was genuinely amazing. She was so lovely, incredibly patient, and always happy to answer our many questions. Her helpful attitude and friendly approach really stood out and made a big difference to our experience.

Unfortunately the towel radiator was just too big for the space we had. So a tip to buyers: measure the space including the thermostate ;-). I am very pleased with my order – the quality is excellent, everything matches the description, and the delivery time was incredibly fast, exceeding my expectations (even though the order was shipped to Spain from the UK, it didn't get stuck in customs as unfortunately often happens. Furthermore I didn't have to pay any additional customs fees which is also often the case). The packaging is high-quality, and I have had no complaints. I received a very positive response when I had a question about the order tracking, and the response was prompt, friendly, and professional. I can confidently recommend this seller.
