Ineffective service. What can you expect from a third-party platform? This one, however, is particularly bad. If you book and pay for a specific seat but they fail to secure it, you end up with a random seat and no option to change it. They direct you to the airline, but most airlines won’t assist since the booking was made through a third party. They are deceitful, and I doubt any customer service representatives actually work locally, as their scripts lack substance. Unless there's a massive price difference, just book directly with the airline.
