A complete disaster. I opted for the flexible service to book another flight, but it fails when using a flight search engine, forcing direct booking on their site where prices are inflated. They mislead with pricing, increasing the cost if not using a specific payment method that is hard to find. After a day of waiting, my reservation was canceled due to their inability to process it. I tried again, and the same flight showed up at the same price! Customer support suggested I try again for luck. Their sales line is just a recording that hangs up. I advise against using any of their services.
This service is utterly ridiculous. The representatives are unprofessional and take your hard-earned money. They provide false information, and when confronted, they end the conversation by claiming you are being aggressive. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Ineffective service. What can you expect from a third-party platform? This one, however, is particularly bad. If you book and pay for a specific seat but they fail to secure it, you end up with a random seat and no option to change it. They direct you to the airline, but most airlines won’t assist since the booking was made through a third party. They are deceitful, and I doubt any customer service representatives actually work locally, as their scripts lack substance. Unless there's a massive price difference, just book directly with the airline.
