Horrible Customer Service especially when it comes to valid refunds.We submitted a cancellation request due to medical reasons last 17th October. An email from lastminute.com on October 20th said that they could refund 33% of the total package amount which while disappointing was fine. It is what it is.It is now November 14th and we have not seen any of the agreed refund. And the timelines keep changing. The email said refund will take a few days.Last week - their agent (via chat) said 5-20 business days.Today - their agent said 20 business days to 2 months.Horrible Customer Service. Unreliable and inflexible. Once you've given them the money, they make it extremely difficult for you to contact and come up with excuses. And you cant contact them via phone only chat.Never using lastminute.com again. Please dont too. Bad company.
