This will be my last time booking with Lastminute.com. The agent left out cabin luggage to make the price look better and booked connecting flights despite me asking for direct ones. With kids who have autism and ADHD, getting through Istanbul airport was a nightmare, no support, long queues, and we missed the connection by minutes.We had to buy new flights, missed our transfer, and couldn’t reach Lastminute.com that evening. When I finally spoke to someone, they offered a £100 voucher, as if I’d ever book with them again. Shocking customer service and no consideration for families with additional needs.
