Absolutely disgraceful experience with lastminute.com – this company is a complete scam and should not be trusted with a single penny. I booked a return flight, which was canceled due to a war. Pegasus Airlines confirmed they had issued a full refund to lastminute.com. Yet, instead of passing that on to me, lastminute.com did not refund me the full amount and charged me for a so-called “handling fee” for a service I never used. I didn’t take the flight, received no service, and was still charged. Their response? “Cancellation is a service.” Ridiculous.Worse still and here’s the real scam when you try to claim your money back, they push you into accepting vouchers instead of actual refunds. These vouchers can only be used on their own website, where everything is marked up and overpriced compared to other platforms. It’s just a trap to funnel you back into another terrible transaction so they can rinse you again.Their customer service is cold, robotic, and clearly trained to wear you down until you give up. Zero accountability. Zero fairness. Total manipulation.They profit from crises, offer no support, and will do everything to avoid refunding your money even when the airline itself has already refunded them.Save yourself the frustration and the financial loss.
