How the hell do you actuality speak to anyone at Lastminute.com , The useless chat help that just keeps telling you you dont have a booking , well of course I dont because its impossible to speak to anyone to solve any problems before I spend my £4000. The phone line says " this is for new bookings only" and then cuts you off every time and the booking progress page says on the flight info page that "checked bags" are included and then when you get to the booking page all of a sudden their not included. Thats 2 bookings that they have now lost due to appalling customer service .
