Cannot figure out the support. You can only call their customer Service as a new customer and the only other contact option is speaking to a bot on their website with very limited options about what can be discussed. We booked flights at midday but our order confirmation tells us our flight is at 9:30 in the morning from Gatwick, which is a 90 minute drive for us, with small children. Please can someone at last minute contact us about the matter?
