I’m really disappointed with Lastminute.com and how they handled my refund.I paid £225 for a Pegasus Airlines ticket, which was later cancelled. I contacted Pegasus directly, and they confirmed that they refunded £138 back to Lastminute.com. However, Lastminute only offered me £67 as a cash refund — and if I choose that option, they’ll deduct a £70 handling fee, which basically means I get nothing back.They’ve also offered me a flight credit instead, but that’s not what I want or what’s fair. The airline clearly refunded them more money than what they’re giving me, so I have no idea where the rest of it went.I’ve asked for a proper breakdown, but so far, the response has been completely unreasonable. I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of — £225 gone, and no clear explanation.I just want other travellers to be aware: double-check refund policies before booking with Lastminute.com, especially if your flight gets cancelled.
