Was trying to book a holiday online, got price starting adding family details, then asked for main traveller details system wont accept my details. Go on chat, was called by advisor and told them the story but there was a bit of an understanding issue but they said they found me. Explained my issue and price I had and they took all details again and placed my irder, great. Invoice came and was £500 higher than my price so i wrote explaining issue no reply, sent another no reply, sent one to their excalation address. Got a reply saying have investigated your complaint and we cant find anything wrong??Have written back and will make a complaint to ATOL and another body. BEWARE dealing with these people. They are not uk advisors so the language barrier is a massive issue when having a phone call and clearly their excalation team struggle to understand a problem even when explained in plain English.
