Poor customer service. Once the ticket is booked the company offer the worst customer care, relying on chat only with useless people, teams are not competent enough to reply or sort the issue which may be urgent enough to deal with.The airline changed the flight, but last minute agent forgot to issue the ticket 3 months before departure, when I tried to check online 24 hours before departure the carrier confirmed the changed flight was not ticketed, the customer service was useless, helpless, no proof or evidence or apology offered, they amended it just 4 hours before departure. They stressed me out, they are very complacent to issue an urgent issues, No communication among customer service reps, you need to tell the issue each time you contact them, never use again & recommend not to use them again.
