So we booked and paid for an all inclusive holiday. On arrival at the hotel we were told by reception that they only serve breakfast. If we want any other meals we need to go to one of their sister hotels. The hotel that we are stating at is not walking distance to these other hotels either, we have to get transfers to these other hotels, although they are provided free. To ad insult to injury the hotel does serve snacks and food, drinks, ice creams- but we were told we would need to purchase these! This is unacceptable. We did not book self catering, we did not book full board or even half board - we booked all inclusive which this isn't!I tried to contact lastminute.com via their online chat to get assistance with this problem immediately and in real time but I had to wait nine minutes for a response and then the response was that they're not going to help me and I need to email them instead. It coyks be days before I get a response to my email. This is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this company at all for these reasons. You don't get what you pay for and then you can't get any help!
