Had a e-gift card for Lastminute.com and so booked a holiday with them. Once I received my e-card went redeem it against the holiday booking only to be told 'its for new bookings only' in my view this was a 'new booking' and didn't see what the issue was. Have tried several times to get through via the telephone, it just cuts you off you cannot speak to anyone. You then try their virtual chat to which you are unable to respond, seriously I wonder how they are still in business and to top it all, they then took a further payment of £752 which wasn't due anytime soon! if you e-mail you will just get a automated response. I will NOT be booking through them anytime soon pure joke as a business
