We were very happy with the booking and booked a holiday package to Dublin. They took the full amount and we took out the travel extra package. A month be fore we were to go we need to cancel as my sisters chemo treatment was brought forward. 2 days before or flight we are still waiting for our money to be returned. We had an email to say that we are not having any money refunded. Please don’t use this company
