Left my hair in nice condition but made it very dark, gave 0 grey coverage so the grey now stands out more as the rest of the hair around it became much darker. Tried a few times to change the formula but it didn’t work for me. Not a bad product just didn’t work to cover greys for me and they didn’t seem to be able to adjust it to any lighter than very dark.
