The support team is consistently very responsive. The hair color product is outstanding, and I have been using it for more than a decade. Whenever I have any issues, they promptly make adjustments that effectively meet my needs.
The product is good. But their cusromer service is terrible, they ignore my email and no response at all.I ordered once and unfortunately the color didn't work out. It was my mistake because I forgot to cancel, however not even a heads up from them that the renewal was coming up. I email them, no response and they decided to ship the product and charged me £27. I will make sure I never buy from you again
Left my hair in nice condition but made it very dark, gave 0 grey coverage so the grey now stands out more as the rest of the hair around it became much darker. Tried a few times to change the formula but it didn’t work for me. Not a bad product just didn’t work to cover greys for me and they didn’t seem to be able to adjust it to any lighter than very dark.
