UPDATE:ESA Pet fixed the issue in less than 24 hours. Very appreciative of the customer service team and will recommend this company to others. Was quick and easy to get in contact with someone however, they didn’t change the name on the bottom half of the letter. So the first page of my letter says my name and in the bottom paragraphs it says another random name. Hopefully this can be fixed.
