My experience with esapet was truly awful. I ordered two letters but the very next day settled on housing that didn't require them, so I sent an email requesting a refund. According to their website, you're entitled to a refund if you ask for it before being contacted by a Healthcare professional, so I was eligible. They did not respond for 2 weeks, so I sent another courtesy email following up, and told them that if I didn't hear anything I would have to go to my bank instead. They finally responded, but claimed they had no record of my request and that since I had been called by a Healthcare professional on July 12 that I was not eligible for a refund. The thing is, all they had to do was scroll down to see my original refund request on July 11. I told them so, but received no response after that, so I had to go to my bank and file a dispute. After that, they were extremely communicative, although difficult. They continuously tried to get me to drop the dispute, which I continously told them I could do after they refunded me per their refund policy. In the end, I gave in to the stress this situation was causing me, and I dropped the dispute, in good faith toward their promise to refund me afterwards. But, guess what? They did not refund me. They claimed that they decided to accept the dispute (just days after I told them I had already dropped it), but I called Chase several times over many weeks and Chase made it clear every single time that they had received no such acceptance and that I would not be receiving the money back. So, basically, it looks like I got played. They have a very clear refund policy that they did not honor and I am out $179 with nothing to show for it. I could never recommend this company to anyone.EDIT: They did end up refunding me after seeing this review. Their reply states that they refunded me "some time ago" which is not correct, they refunded me the day after I posted this review. Though I appreciate the refund, that reply makes me feel again that integrity is not a priority with this business, so I'll be leaving my rating as is.
