The company did not honor their advertised discount. I wanted to buy a specific product, found it through a search engine, and saw a discounted price. It also mentioned an additional 12% off site-wide. However, when I tried to apply it, I was told that it didn't apply because I clicked on a search result that already had a discount. Their explanation was irrelevant to me as a potential customer just trying to use the advertised discount. Very disappointing.
