Have shopped for years with escentual. Always quality products at reduced prices most of the time. Look out for their offers at certain times to get even extra discount. Fast postage and a rewards system also. Would recommend but as with anything always check prices online also.
I placed an order with a company that never arrived, and instead of receiving assistance, they prolonged the situation. I waited five days for a response, only to be told, “There’s nothing we can do” and denied a refund. Not only am I out of pocket, but I’ve spent a week pursuing an order that never came. There’s no accountability, no urgency, and no solution. If this is how they handle customer issues, I won’t be making future purchases. Best to avoid them unless you're fine with losing your money.
Having ordered fragrance multiple times from the company and recommended it to others, the staff always provide excellent assistance. They carry my favorite fragrance and offer the most competitive prices. Outstanding customer service!
Disappointing experience with the company. I purchased an aftershave gift set, but they canceled my order after two days, claiming it was suddenly out of stock. Now, the price of the gift set has increased, and I bet it will be back in stock soon.
The company did not honor their advertised discount. I wanted to buy a specific product, found it through a search engine, and saw a discounted price. It also mentioned an additional 12% off site-wide. However, when I tried to apply it, I was told that it didn't apply because I clicked on a search result that already had a discount. Their explanation was irrelevant to me as a potential customer just trying to use the advertised discount. Very disappointing.
