Such a terrible company. Ridiculous fee if you wanna return an item back, and it's not openly communicated before purchasing an item. I purchased an item on August 16th 2025, and I sent the return back on 02.09.2025. Somehow, the delivery still hasn't reached out to their address - so I still haven't been able to get my refund back. Meanwhile they charged me already, and no status whatsoever about my refund. I hope I will be able to get my money back. I think the delivery company just lost the package, and I'm afraid that they won't send my refund back, as if it's my fault. It's such a terrible experience.
