Absolutely disgraceful service received…
I returned an order on the 8th of December 2025 and still haven’t received a refund for the item 2 months later…
My emails to the company have been ignored!Wondering if this website is even legit.
The return policies are extremely unfair. I was charged over €50 plus an additional €3.99 just to return items that did not meet the quality advertised online. The shipping box arrived damaged, yet they still require returns in the original packaging. Furthermore, there’s no assurance that they will accept the return due to the condition of the packaging, which puts the entire value of my purchase at risk. This situation is unacceptable and feels like a total scam. I will not shop with this seller again.
I received fantastic shoes that are super comfortable and well crafted. There was a slight delay of a couple of days, but it wasn't the company's fault, and I was kept updated. I'm thrilled with my new footwear! I'll definitely return for more.
Beware! I placed an order for a coat on Black Friday and received a discount of €20, making my total €285. Now, I want to return the item, but they are charging me €15 for return costs and €5 for shipping, plus deducting the €20 discount. My refund will be €245 for no valid reason… Please check the reviews before ordering from them. 0/10 recommendation.

I wanted to share my experience with the company. Initially, I was concerned after reading some reviews, but they had the exact shoes I needed in my size at a great price. I ordered them on a Friday and they arrived in the UK from Spain by the following Wednesday, well-packaged and clearly authentic. This was during Black Friday sales, and even major retailers were slower to ship. I had no reason to worry.
