My husband and I bought tickets through eSeats.com to see a theater production in Atlanta. We did not receive e-tickets so I sent a message to eSeats customer service. I spoke with Debbie who informed me that the production company's plans changed to a later date. I requested a refund, as we had received no prior notice of the date change. She assured me that she would reach out to the source company. Eseats was caught between the customer (me) and the production company. After a week, Debbie contacted me to ensure they were still working on it, and then a day later the CEO contacted me and informed me that I have received a full refund! I would like to commend Debbie from the eSeats team for her excellent customer service. She was very attentive and addressed the matter with care and professionalism. To Bob Bernstein the CEO, such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. I will be sure to consider doing business with your company in the future.
