Amazing customer service, Wimbledon tix arrived into my email weeks ahead of the event, will not go anywhere else for coveted and expensive tickets, do not hesitate to use this company! Seats were excellent, Bob was great with my questions. No idea how anyone could give this business less than perfect ratings.
I was nervous going through eseats to purchase French Open tickets. I had heard others were having issues with resale tickets to the event so I kept reaching out to Debbie prior to make sure this would not be an issue. Her reassurance and customer service assuaged my concerns and came to fruition when I received my ticket codes 24 hours prior to the event. The ONLY reason I did not give a 5 rating is because the tickets were over 3X the sale price but hey, I was willing to pay the amount to attend the event so that is on me to budget for. If you want actual tickets go through eseats, Debbie and her team who are easy to communicate with via chat or email communication.
Amazing customer service! There were issues with my ticket the French Open. Upon arriving in Paris I messaged ESeats and immediately got a response. Over the following 2 hours they were available to talk and continue to message while the issue was being resolved. This was happening in the wee hours of the morning for them. No problem at all, great communication, and willing to help. I had purchased a ground pass and given the issues they upgraded me to premium seats in the stadium.
Bought resale tickets for the French Open at Roland Garros in 2024. The RG website says not to buy from Eseats so I was a little worried. I shouldn’t have been. The tickets were legit, very good seats, and delivered in the timeframe specified. The company was good about reassuring me in the meantime! Definitely not a scam and I would use them again.
BEWARE WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR TICKETS. I went to book 4 tickets to the Waste Mgmt Phoenix Open in Feb. and when ordering, the site timed-out only to tell me "session timed-out and/or tickets are not available. Please make another selection". It did it again and the third time my selection went through and I received confirmation (on the site - not by email; actually, still have never even received any confirmations to my email). Found out the next day from my credit card company - that three separate charges for $1244 went through - $3732!!! Bob (the CEO) tried to get the supplier to refund the other two transactions, but they refused. I even contacted them myself to try (three times with no response). Bob graciously offered to put the additional 8 (unauthorized) tickets on consignment and waive the 15% fee - haven't sold them yet, but hopefully will get my money back that way and the supplier (TicketEvolution.com) will be getting a very unpleasant review from me!!!! Bob was great though in helping me as much as he could.
