I had an issue with one solar array not working. Although it took time to get the job card going the work went without a hitch. It involved some scaffolding, which was put up in a very professional wayThe repair work was done by two young guys you were very pleasant and competent. A credit to youngsters generally and to ESE.On the job card issue I would like it if ESE could improve it so that the customer can see what is going on including acknowledging the request.
