Had solar panels fitted just over 2 years ago fitters were great but customer service is near to non existent,
Last year I started to have errors with the communication from the batteries to the inverter panels but after restarting the system all was ok for a while but January 6th this year same errors and batteries started flashing red so got in contact with the ese but you can't speak to anyone you have to raise a ticket and wait for someone to pick up so let's fast forward 2 months and a number of replies from myself still no help or communication from this company.
As usual, ese make wild promises about their service contract, take your money, pretend they're interested and do nothing. No doubt in a few days they will respond to this and swear blind they will act and fix the problem they have not fixed for 8 months, look in detail at the issues I've had, and then do PRECISELY NOTHING.
They are utterly useless for service maintenance contract. They take your money and offer no fixes in return. You cannot call them. You make a ticket. They might contact you after some months and make visit after more months and then turn up with no idea what the fault is, make no fix, no further contact, except to lie and tell you they fixed it, and cancel the ticket for you.
I had an issue with one solar array not working. Although it took time to get the job card going the work went without a hitch. It involved some scaffolding, which was put up in a very professional wayThe repair work was done by two young guys you were very pleasant and competent. A credit to youngsters generally and to ESE.On the job card issue I would like it if ESE could improve it so that the customer can see what is going on including acknowledging the request.
