I selected ESE Solar after reviewing three companies. Installation went well. However, after a year my batteries developed a fault in March 2025. Since then I have contacted then 50 times and have opened multiple technical tickets but do this date they have not replaced the batteries which are under warranty. Lost of promises and apologies but situation remains their. No sure how long it takes to request a replacement batteries from infinity and replace them. Complete disaster and mad management or deliberate neglect. In summary, please make sure you select a supplier who offered proper after sales service and repair. I spent £16k and my system is without battery. Very sad and bad experience.
