Had solar panels fitted just over 2 years ago fitters were great but customer service is near to non existent,
Last year I started to have errors with the communication from the batteries to the inverter panels but after restarting the system all was ok for a while but January 6th this year same errors and batteries started flashing red so got in contact with the ese but you can't speak to anyone you have to raise a ticket and wait for someone to pick up so let's fast forward 2 months and a number of replies from myself still no help or communication from this company.
